If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product we offer a money back guarantee 14 day return policy. This is a no risk return policy because if you are not 100% satisfied with our product simply return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). The amount that would be removed from a refund for the shipping and handling charges of our free usps priority mail service to ship to you is:
Domestic Shipping:
 A $15.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a 0 - $900.00 item
A $23.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $1,001.00 - $2000.00 item
A $34.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $2,001.00 - $3000.00 item
A $40.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $3,001.00 - $4,000.00 item
A $50.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $4,001.00 - $5,000.00 item
Any Item Over $5,001.00 will need a direct quote from us
All items shipped by any service other than our free USPS priority mail service will have their shipping and handling fees removed from the refund amount.
International Shipments:
The shipping price will be removed from the refund amount.
Items must be in the exact same condition as they were when sold. If altered in any way they cannot be returned.
Domestic Shipments
We ship all domestic items by USPS priority mail free of charge. It has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. We also offer faster cost services which is USPS Express Mail (overnight to most areas). This service has a cost that is calculated directly to your zip code. All items are insured and need to be signed for.
International Shipments
USPS Express Mail is used for all international shipments under $1,000.00 which guarantees delivery within 4-6 business days. USPS Worldwide Expedited (estimated 2 - 4 day delivery) is used for all international shipments over $1000. If an item is returned the full purchase price will be refunded, only the shipping and handling charges to ship the item to the customer will be removed from the refund amount.

We Cover all items sold by Front Jewelers for 4 months. If by chance anything on the item needs to be repaired we will fix the item free of charge and ship back by priority mail free of charge as well. Warranty does not cover damage caused by careless or incorrect use. If something needs to be repaired after 4 months we will give the best price possible (our rate) to fix the item.
We accept Paypal payments, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal checks and Bank Wire Transfers. We only ship to the exact address on the paypal receipt if paid by paypal. All payments made by check or money order must clear in our account which takes 10-12 business days first before item is shipped. Postal money orders from the U.S. Post Office can be cashed instantly and do not need the 7-10 business day clearing period. We also do bank wire transfers which takes 48 hours for clearance, and is available for both domestic and international buyers.
